Despite having several spaces provided by the Centro de Formación Padre Piquer, the organization of the OSHWCon, entails considerable expenses which we must cover to ensure everything works perfectly. These costs include the purchase of the awards, the printing of leaflets and posters, catering service for speakers and organizers, the renting or purchasing of audiovisual materials, as well as many small expenses and so on. We are also considering the possibility of subsidizing overseas speakers' travels.
Given that the attendance to the OSHWCon is absolutely free, we have to cover these costs by donations. In return, these contributions offer a number of advantages on the sponsors such as displaying posters, placement of the sponsor's logo on the OSHWCon web site, access to the catering, possibility of having a booth, etc.
